Meditation showed me how to sit with myself. Direct attention and energy towards positive thoughts and emotions.
Instead of dwelling and making myself depressed I focus on what I need to do to charge the situation.

Meditating gives us that little bit of time to restart and an opportunity for our body to destress.
We all need that time every day. Makes me a better person

Allowing myself to love and being loved. Never give up on myself, never give up on others as well.

You need to help yourself before you help others.

Acceptance, not worrying about things I have no control over. Every negative thought, I replace with 2 positive.

Meditation is one of the most uplifting things I love to participate in, in the morning it allows me to find
my inner peace and center for the day.

I realized to not let your circumstances define who you are.

I learned that there are others who care about being positive, caring, and kind towards each other,
and I am a part of that community!

We all have this inner peace and joy within ourselves. It is always with us but it is up to us to tune in
and to dig deep inside ourselves to understand and connect with the inner joy and peace.

It is humbling and uplifting to be able to take a step back and not only take
note but also ” Take in ” all the positive qualities and personalities here in my immediate environment.

These activities make me feel at peace within myself and everyone around me. Calm and content.

Meditation helps me through rough times daily, we just need to breathe folks.

Meditation has humbled me and help me take a deep breath allowing little things not affect me.

I learned to release my anger in a positive nonviolent way.

I learned who I am and who I was created to be.
